MS Project Plan 5 with M365 Business Premium

Thought I had posted this last night, but apparently not.

I've noticed on my M365 Business Premium subscription that Project For Office (Plan E5) is an available app, and is loading up fine. I've definitely not manually added Project on as an add-on; just noticed it the other day. I can't recall any notices or documentation saying that Project will be included with a M365 BP sub - can anyone else see this or is this just a weird glitch with my tenant?
