I can't reproduce the bug.
You want a paragraph - formatted with the "List Number" style - to restart at "1"? Instead, it continues counting from "12"?
How did you set the numbering for List Number? Is List Number part of a list style and dependent on it? You are not using the Word Desktop App, instead Word Web App?
