Missing app launcher tiles but only in https://myapps.microsoft.com
This post may be better suited in the Azure community as the issue is within the https://myapps.microsoft.com page which leads to https://account.activedirectory.windowsazure.com and I can repost it ...
Mine seems to be working fine, but if it's affecting multiple users definitely open a support case.
