Missed Data Residency Option Change...
Hi,
We have missed the Missed Data Residency Option Change of September 16th 2017. We incorrectly understood this to be same October 31st deadline set for everywhere else (omitting France).
Is there any possibilites of extending this dealine or can requests/ exceptions be made on a 1-1 request basis?

I reckon you would need to pursue this via a service request enquiring about this situation or via whatever Microsoft reps or partners you may have. The documentation is pretty clear though, no exceptions are made after the deadline but who knows if there is any wiggle room.
I don't know if it would help but check out the new multi-geo capabilities, not sure if this would be a sort of alternative (I suspect not) but it depends on what you are after.

We don't use/ have a Microsoft Partner or Rep.

No problem, I just thought I'd mention it in case you did. I'd log that service request then and see what they say.
