This usually happens when a timezone setting on the PC is different than the one you have in Office 365, and Word is adjusting to 'local time'. If you insert a time field into that document (Insert \ Quick Parts \ Field \ Time ). does it display the time correctly as UTC +7 or incorrectly as UTC -8?
