Microsoft 365 (O365) services are not officially available in Iran due to U.S. sanctions. Even if you purchase licenses from another country, users cannot access or use the services while physically located in Iran. Access is usually blocked based on IP location, so accounts remain active but won’t work inside Iran, and using VPNs to bypass this can violate Microsoft policies and legal regulations.
