Microsoft Lists - how to move?

It seems that you can download the lists as indicated in this post https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/msoffice_sharepoint/sharepoint-lists-how-to-move-them-from-one-site-to/197ed452-f83d-47a8-b8bd-96f7e6788a30, but it is unclear to me how you can upload them again to the SharePoint site. What is your Excel workaround?

When I need to upload a list to SPO from an excel spreadsheet, I use the 'Export to SharePoint' feature in Excel. Here's how:
- Download the list and open it in Excel.
- Select the entire table.
- Click the 'Table Design' tab.
- In the Export section of the tab, select 'Export Table to SharePoint'
- Enter a name for your list and provide the URL of the SPO site contents you want to send the list to.
If you don't have the Export section in the Table properties yet, you'll need to customise your Excel ribbon. This information from Microsoft should help with that. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/video-customize-the-ribbon-9ce81e05-ecc1-4142-a3e3-1298b37a59c6
This is the best solutions I've found so far, I hope it helps you too.

M365Specialist , if the list has any customization like controlling when a field is hidden or shown, with your process you'll lose it, all custom's will be gone.
This is mentioned above many times.
