Microsoft Access network interruptions

Not sure I'm supposed to put this here, so if you could direct me to where I should be if this isn't the place. Thanks.

My Access file has a few people working on it. From time to time I will get a connection interruption which makes all the data change to "#no name". It creates a new file and the old files cannot be deleted. This happens quite often, I'm not sure why.

This seems to only happen when there are multiple people on it at the same time. And now my folder is getting full of old broken copies of the file
