Microsoft 365 Outlook .gmail problem

On my 2nd PC (laptop) with windows 11 home i have downloaded Microsoft 365(office) form my Microsoft account.

While trying to add a new acct email address removed for privacy reasons to Outlook(classic) i am getting the message :

 We couldn’t log on to the incoming (POP/IMAP server. Pls check your email address and password and try again

The less secure apps in Google are allowed.

Another IMAP mail account installed without any problems.

2 weeks ago on my first PC with Microsoft 365 adding the same mail account went smoothly.

Is there a fix?
