Microsoft 365 Monitoring

We are getting ready to shut down a tenant.  We have migrated everyone to a new tenant.  I need to see if anyone is still accessing the old tenant and see exactly what they are accessing.  I.e. if they are accessing sharepoint, who is accessing it, and what pages and/or files are they accessing.  Really only need Sharepoint and Onedrive info.
