Microsoft 365 desktop apps don't recognize active 365 account: Say "Product Deactivated"

Procedure as follows:
Close all Office Apps.
Delete the following folder:
C:\Users\<YOURNAME>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\IdentityCache
Restarted Office Apps, and it activated fine this time.

Seems to be for business accounts and I have personal, but I'll try it anyway.
