Microsoft 365 Admin

I am a student and I am started learning Microsoft 365 fundamentals to take the exam - I want to practice the Microsft 365 admin center - Is there any virtual machine(like Windows server 2019) to practice or download the admin center to practice the settings? What is the best way to look admin center? Please help!
