managers forwarding staff emails
morning,
I'm not sure if this has been asked before but cant see anything on it,
can managers forward their staff's emails for cases of sickness etc,
I have a customer service team that always have sickness going around them and take unscheduled days off.
it would be a really useful feature if their manager could switch their auto forward on to the generic mail box rather then contacting IT every time to do it
Not by default, you will need to grant them some admin privileges. Or just have them ask the IT stuff to do it on their behalf.
