Mailing not working because of DNS server changing
Hi community
I have changed my website hoster, so i changed the DNS servers in the domain name configuration, with this action the mailing is not working anymore.
I tried to change the TXT and MX records at office 365 administration center but I can't find how to do it.
Do I have to delete the domain from the domains panel and recreate it? or what to do exactly with this situation?
Thanks in advance.

- The txt records are really only there for domain verification. Once verified doesn’t do much. You need to investigate Nslookups to make sure your records aren’t cached and return righ for the Mx records.
Nslookup
Set type=mx
Yourdomain.org
See what returns and make sure it’s the same as your old endpoints.
Should be all there is too it.- Chakib KarymCopper Contributor
As you request, I verified my NsLookups and its the same as my old endpoints, What to do next?
Thanks.
- You need to get to your new DNS and configure these records here! Make sure you name servers for the domain points correctly
Hi Chakib Karym
In Office 365 Admin portal in Setup > Domains have you configured your domain to be managed in Office 365 or outside Office 365?
If you manage it outside Office 365 it might be manages by a DNS service at your new website hoster and then you have to add MX, TXT and CNAME for Exchange there.

Hi LinusCansby
Its exactly my case, my domain name is configured to be managd outside office 365, and when i do a refresh on my DNS verification i find that the MX and CNAME records are good but for TXT records they are missing, at the same time i can see that the DNS servers interroged are the old ones and not the new DNS servers.
Thank you for the response.
- Make sure you point the ip of you nameservers to where you have your office 365 records
