Hi Chakib Karym
In Office 365 Admin portal in Setup > Domains have you configured your domain to be managed in Office 365 or outside Office 365?
If you manage it outside Office 365 it might be manages by a DNS service at your new website hoster and then you have to add MX, TXT and CNAME for Exchange there.

Hi LinusCansby
Its exactly my case, my domain name is configured to be managd outside office 365, and when i do a refresh on my DNS verification i find that the MX and CNAME records are good but for TXT records they are missing, at the same time i can see that the DNS servers interroged are the old ones and not the new DNS servers.
Thank you for the response.
