Mail notification that a mailbox has reached 90GB

is there Mail notification for USer and Admin that mailbox has reached 90GB?

 

this is to keep the mailbox from reaching 100GB and avoid failure in send recieve.

  • Yes, a warning is sent when the mailbox gets larger than "IssueWarningQuota" setting.

    Check with this:

    Get-Mailbox <Identity> | Format-List IssueWarningQuota,ProhibitSendQuota,ProhibitSendReceiveQuota,UseDatabaseQuotaDefaults

      is it a pop up warning or an email warning?

       

      can you share screenshots/sample of warning?

        It sends an e-mail message to the user.

        I don't have a sample message handy
