Mail notification that a mailbox has reached 90GB
is there Mail notification for USer and Admin that mailbox has reached 90GB? this is to keep the mailbox from reaching 100GB and avoid failure in send recieve. tnx

Yes, a warning is sent when the mailbox gets larger than "IssueWarningQuota" setting.
Check with this:
Get-Mailbox <Identity> | Format-List IssueWarningQuota,ProhibitSendQuota,ProhibitSendReceiveQuota,UseDatabaseQuotaDefaults

It sends an e-mail message to the user.
