Mail Flow Rules (same username, different domain)

Question

Hi team,&nbsp;Curious if you can have a mail flow rule that says something like.... If receiver&nbsp;= "123@abc.com", add BCC =&gt; "123@efg.com"?&nbsp; But the 123 in the BCC be automatically filled?So overall I want to assign this rule to a group, with the BCC being the 'first part' of the receivers email address + @efg.com.&nbsp;Thanks&nbsp;&nbsp;

You can certainly create a rule that adds additional recipients. There is no way to make it "dynamic" though, you have to specify both the original and additional recipients in the rule.

ok thanks.&nbsp; I was just hoping to be able to create one rule rather than one for each user in the group.

That would be possible via a custom transport agent, however such are not available for Exchange Online.
