Mail Flow Rules (same username, different domain)
Hi team, Curious if you can have a mail flow rule that says something like.... If receiver = "123@abc.com", add BCC => "123@efg.com"? But the 123 in the BCC be automatically filled? So over...
You can certainly create a rule that adds additional recipients. There is no way to make it "dynamic" though, you have to specify both the original and additional recipients in the rule.
ok thanks. I was just hoping to be able to create one rule rather than one for each user in the group.
That would be possible via a custom transport agent, however such are not available for Exchange Online.
