Mac Outlook Customer Manager - Problems or user error?
Hi,
I am trying to use, what looks like, the very useful Outlook Customer Manager on Mac Outlook. I am experiencing a number of issues and wonder if it is the app or user error? Being new to the software, this could very possible be user error.
When I have a email selected, I click the OCM button and get the side panel. When I try to update information, the save button is always greyed out and I have the error “Changes cannot be made at this time”.
I cannot create new deals as the plus button is greyed out.
Also, all the help documentation suggests there should be a “Outlook's add-ins view”. I cannot see anyway of accessing this?

Same problem. Any ideas?
