Long Delay in receiving my email.
Yesterday, I had several emails that were sent to me that I didn't receive them until about 4 hours later. I am seeing this from time to time. I'm not sure if it is an outlook problem or Comcast. Can...
- Mar 15, 2023After running the "header email" through an Email Header Analyzer I discovered that an IP address that was assigned to comcast was tagged as being blacklisted. So I will asked Comcast to address this issue. Thanks for looking at this.

Are OWA and mobile app the same?
Would suggest to conduct message trace to have better insight
- bstone81Mar 15, 2023Copper ContributorYes, same outcome on the OWA and mobile, as well as my Outlook install on my laptop. All three sources had the email show up 4 hours later than when it was sent. The email that the message was sent to was email address removed for privacy reasons. So the probable cause of the delay was either comcast's servers or Outlook servers.
