Limiting initial phone and email verification requirements
New to the forum. Glad to be here.
Is there a way to control or eliminate the requirement for a new user logon to have to go through the email and phone verification?
Could be the option "Require users to register when signing in ?" on Azure.

Do you have the "Self service password reset enabled" to all on Azure ?
Yes,
But not sure why that makes a difference. I have several test tenants and all of them exhibit this behavior. Those test tenants do not have SSPR enabled.
