Licensing: Open Business vs CSP
Hi Everyone, Not sure if this is the right spot for this or not but I figure I will give it a shot. Does anyone here have any experience with converting an Open Business tenant to a CSP tenant? ...
- It's not so much conversion of a tenant that you need to do, more so replace the Open licenses with those acquired via CSP.
You can have both in the one tenant, so the process would be:
1. Purchase new licenses via CSP for the same license level (eg. E3)
2. Don't renew the Open licenses
You shouldn't need to re-assign licenses to users if they are the same type.

I guess you change to csp at the end of a openlicense else they will loose there months and start paying?
