Let me close Outlook notifications again!

See attached screenshot. Where that arrow is in the corner, there used to be an X allowing you to close the notification. Now that it's gone, you just have to wait for the notification to eventually disappear on its own after a minute or so. 

That arrow takes you to the new email the notification was about, which is pointless and redundant, since clicking literally anywhere else on the notification already did that.

Give me my X back!
