Keyboard shortcuts for spell checking workflow

I am trying to find which shortcuts would work for a mouse-free spell checking workflow.

So far I manage to go F7, then click Total Suggestions to move to Editor tab (no shortcut for this?) Then I can see no way to move down to a suggestion and accept it. Sometimes pressing Ctrl+Down x 2 moves to the first suggestion, and Enter accepts it. But it seems that this will work for 2-3 entries and then the Total Suggestion is displayed again, where one has to click on that again, and Ctrl+Down will display Resume checking all results.
