Issue adding account to Outlook

Hello

I had previously at my PC the Office 2019 version and at some point in time my mail account was no longer accessible in Outlook 2019. When entering the email it was not recognized, but using outlook web version or third party mail apps  I can use it. Now that I subscribed Office 365 I thought this issue would be sorted out, but the issue is still there in the Outlook app. How can I fix this?
