Internal Microsoft emails are not getting journaled
Hi, I have created a journal rule in my tenant to journal all the incoming and outgoing emails to an external mailbox. It works fine, however I noticed Microsoft messages like generic Cortana daily briefing, MyAnalytics type emails are not getting journaled. I can't see them even in message trace. Are they generated internally and not triggering the journal rule?
Is there any configuration to be made to jornal these type of emails?
- Messages like these are ingested directly in your mailbox, they do not travel the transport pipeline and thus are not captured by rules, journaling, message trace, etc.
