Integrating Cortana and O365

I'm missing something fundamental here. I am trying to link Cortana to O365 following these steps https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/configuration/cortana-at-work/cortana-at-work-o365 yet my Notebook has none of the options listed and trying to sign in only evokes the Microsoft account sign in option (i.e. Live, not Azure).

I am listed in my org AD as a member (and as a Group Admin) as is the device I am using. 

I'm running Windows 10 Pro 1709 and have also tried using an Enterprise licence.

Under Access work or school I don't get a domain or Azure option but have added my O365 account.
