Increase file size limit up to 250 MO

Question

Hi,&nbsp;I need to back up 600MB files to a SharePoint Online document library but the limit is set to 250MB. My IT administrator does not allow neither server nor onedrive&nbsp;synchronization. Is it possible to increase this file size on Office 365 tenant&nbsp;or sharepoint online administration.&nbsp;Thank you for your help.&nbsp;Axel

Unfortunately you cannot change the limits you have in place in SharePoint Online

You shouldn't be limited to 250MB, that is old Classic limit, and list item limit. If you are using a document library, if you have access to the library, if it's in modern UI you should be able to upload up to like 15GBish file size..
