Imap Migration csv format file for passwords with special characters

I'm performing an IMAP migration, I have some users' passwords that have special characters like %GOr'm3A7sZ(. I manage to load the csv but the procedure fails due to an incorrect password.
I tried to insert the password in quotes in the following format

email address removed for privacy reasons,email address removed for privacy reasons,"%GOr'm3A7sZ("

but nothing.. Any ideas?
