I can't open PowerPoint and Excel files
hello, I'm having trouble opening Powerpoint and Excel files on windows app installed on my local machine, but it's working perfectly on web version using the same file, both files in PowerPoint or Excel are working fine, I'll be sending the image error attached.

Did you try an Online repair.. or check if latest windows updates are installed..?
What is the event Id generated once the app crashes...?
