Hybrid - Calendar cross permissions
Hi, i'm deploying exchange hybrid and after migrating some users to Exchange Online, on-premise users have been asked for credentials to open Office 365 calendar users.
I verified organization Relationship and it's ok. Office 365 users can view on-premise calendar without problems.
Thanks

- Crimson CastellonCopper ContributorFor hybrids, MX can point to cloud or on-prem but autodiscover should remain pointing on-prem. Have you tried the Outlook Autodiscover test on https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com/ yet? Helped me a few times while troubleshooting autodiscov issues. Last bit, can you try this regedit for one test user: https://support.microsoft.com/en-in/help/3126599/outlook-prompts-for-password-when-modern-authentication-is-enabled

I don't know if the problem could be due to sync of mail whereas UPN with AD connect. Mail user don't reflect UPN. Even a user has no calendar in its profile, it will be asked for password after migrating its mailbox to Exchange online.
If you mean that you are using alternateID, yes you can expect all sort of trouble with it. Read here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/identity/ad-fs/operations/configuring-alternate-login-id
That's usually due to missing Outlook updates/older version. Or if the calendar was added previously to the profile, you can try deleting/re-adding it.

Thanks for reply. We have the latest version of Outlook. Calendar was present in Outlook profile before the migration. It runs when i enter credentials but i can't imagine having to enter password each time i migrate a user (exemple: if a user have 100 calendars open in its profile).
