Howto : Export Emails to sharepoint
Looking for a way to move emails from a shared mailbox to a sharepoint document library
Use case : We have a number of large shared email boxes. Many of the emails are records that we want to keep for reference/legal purposes.
Goal : lower the size of the mailbox size and permanently store the emails.

Have you considered In-Place Archiving, instead?

- Agree with Salvatore here...if Archiving e-mails is not an option, then you have two approaches:
(1) Use a third party tool that allows to do this...take a look here to OnePlace solutions
(2) Build your own stuff to move e-mails from Outlook to SPO

Did you find any solution for this. we have a similar requirement. we might be different as we just want to do the same stuff in cloud.
so our mailboxes are also in Cloud and we want to move them to SharePoint Online document libraries.
