How to see Planner tasks in personal (unpaid Outlook) ToDo

We've got a few external guest users added to a Plan in Planner, with some tasks assigned to the guests. Can these guests see assigned tasks in their personal ToDo application? They don't have paid-for plans, but rather a free one.
