Hi DanHuber, If you do not have any relationship with them and you want to the CSP provider to remove the relationship from you, you will need to ask them and depending on response, please contact the Office 365 support by phone.

This CSP seems not to be interested to remove my customer from their partner portal.
Do you happen to have an idea how I can escalate this?
