How to Backup MS Lists

I don't think there's an option to "back up" as such. However, you can export a List to Excel so that may work as an option for you. Select the "Export" option in the bar at the top of the list. Save the exported file as your backup. If ever you lose the original List you can recreate the list straight from the Excel copy.
