how to alert to user when they login out trust location

Hi      how to alert to user when they login out trust location , example as trust location is canada out canada then notify email user .or send report login to user every week to they can review .p...

You can get those kind of alerts with the Activity Alerts in the Office 365 Compliance Center. For a more advanced alerting, you might need MCAS

    I just try alert policy but can not see action for user login
