How do you remove the footer generated from forms in email through powershell?
All forms created in Office365 have "Create your own forms at forms.office.com" at the bottom by default if you choose to send by email. Is there a way to remove this footer through powershell?

Afaik no. You can simply remove it before pressing the Send button? :)
