How do I create a call group? Very beginner question

Hello, 

I may not have the correct terminology but I want to create a call group. 

I am pretty sure I have done this correctly but I'm slightly confused on something. 

I followed the following URL

Basically what I want to do is when someone calls my phone number 123-234-5678 I want it to ring on a group of people Teams. Example you dial that number and it rings on user 1 / 2 / 3 

I created the resource group / gave it a Microsoft Teams Phone Resource Account finished up the entire set up, added the users to the group. 

I'm just trying to understand how to assign the phone number to this group so when someone calls that number it will ring on everyones Teams. 

I apologize if this is a very beginner question I haven't done this in a very long time and I really cannot remember how to do it.

Is this the correct way to do this?
