How can I share a word doc for review but not download?
We have an issue with reviewers downloading shared files and returning them 3-4 weeks later with markup that is out of sync with the shared version. I see how to share for review. I can share...
This is not such direct feature but you may consider on below:

Use Online Collaboration Tools: Platforms like Microsoft OneDrive, SharePoint, allow real-time collaboration. Reviewers can add comments and suggestions directly in the document without downloading it

Version Control: Ensure that version control is enabled. This way, even if someone downloads and edits a file, you can track changes and merge them back into the main document

Restrict Editing: Share the document with editing permissions but restrict downloading. This way, reviewers can make changes online without needing to download the file
