HIPAA

I own a VERY small consulting business that requires sharing of Patient Health Information.  I am looking for cost effective tools/means to share this PHI with my customers. I am a company of ONE but also utilize up to two subcontractors to help with the consulting work.  I am using Office 365 Business Premium.  My basic question is: is the data I want to store on OneDrive secure and HIPAA compliant if I am the only user.  Can I share this data with my clients and still be HIPAA compliant.  Can I email my clients information (that are not using Microsoft 365) that contains PHI in a HIPAA compliant manor.
