Get user Email
One of the users O365 account is being compromised and sent out massive Email to outsider. From user local outlook, none of these mail found from sent box. Is there any way that I can get a sample of the sent out mail? From O365 GUI or Powershell? or there is no way to fetch an Email from user mailbox?

It really depends on how the messages were sent. In general, if the "save copy to sent items" option was disabled or a simple SMTP submission happened, you will not find the actual messages. Best you can do is get some details via message trace: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj200712(v=exchg.150).aspx
