Family member told their subscription has expired but they are on mine, and it hasn't.

I only have one person as a family member on my family 365 subscription and they are showing as an accepted family member, but their computer will not allow them any access to Microsoft 365 products, they just get a message saying thei subscription has expired.  Why?  how can we fix this?

    Thanks for posting, the Microsoft Tech Community is not a support community you would be better to contact Microsoft support via https://support.microsoft.com

    I will move your post to the Microsoft 365 discussion board for better visibility but you would be best to contact support directly.
