External booking requests to delegates
Hi,
We're about to install Teams rooms. Some of the rooms will be rented by external companies. We'd like those external companies to be able to use the Teams room equipment and from what I understand you can allow external meeting requests.
However, is there a possibility to direct the external meeting requests to a room delegate (room administrator) that manually can accept or decline the request while booking requests in policy from users within the domain will be automatically accepted?

- If you can add all domain users in a DG, and assign it to the BookInPolicy value, it might work? Another thing that comes to mind is to configure mail flow rule to moderate any external requests to the room(s) in question, while leaving AllBookInPolicy intact.

Has anyone solved this case? I figure that it must be common when it comes to offices that are partly shared or rented out.
