Exchange Online server is not available when using Outlook client
Exchange Online server is not available when using Outlook client. Webmail is working
It works from some countries, from others not working

- Yes...we are suffering problems in EXO and S4B Today in our corporate tenant and many customers are also reporting problems with mail and Skype. Seems to be a general issue
At Office 365 Status on Twitter:
"We restored Exchange Online connectivity at 3:45 PM UTC. Admins can review EX127602 on the Service Health Dashboard for further details. Please note that this issue impacted users connecting to the service from the EMEA region"
