Excel updating of cells

Hi I am new to a company and have taken over a spreadsheet. I have inputted new data into the cells in the form of a formula =sum(B1:B6)/B15*100, if I then change some of the data in the cells B1 - B6 the final cell with the formula in does not appear to update. i am sure the sheets are not locked or protected. Any help great
