Excel Data Validation List doesn't show results

I am using a formula in my data validation (option: list) with indirect (using calculated references in formulas too). This works fine when i am using Excel (the program is open). The problem starts when i close the workbook because when i open again it seems like the formula is not autocalculating itself and doesn't show me the results i need in the list.

PD: There are other formulas in my workbook and works fine while closing and opening the program.

Please anyone help me.
