Excel (Build 1904) keep asking me about sharing data every time I start it

Like subject says, every time I start Excel, it ask me about sharing data, if I agree to or not even though I had previously answered the question. How can I stop this ?

    Excel has resolved for me.  But everytime I access Word or Powerpoint the request screens pop up.  VERY frustrating.  Has anyone figured out how to stop this.  I tried adjusting settings, but that did not resolve the issue.

    Same Issue here. Many of my users are having this issue since last week's update.

        I have users that tell me that they have had to go through those windows 20-25 times now, and they're still coming up.
