Excel (Build 1904) keep asking me about sharing data every time I start it

Like subject says, every time I start Excel, it ask me about sharing data, if I agree to or not even though I had previously answered the question. How can I stop this ?   thanks

Same Issue here. Many of my users are having this issue since last week's update.
PLEASE HELP!

    For me it resolved by itself on Sunday may 5th, I did not have anything to do.

      I have users that tell me that they have had to go through those windows 20-25 times now, and they're still coming up.
