Everything being re-labelled as d.docs.drive and not saving on OneDrive
BrianH170 No this has never been sorted. Microsoft Support have answered but not come up with a solution. I can't help feeling that it should be something very simple. Perhaps it is too simple for the geeks to comprehend?
Very frustrating. Basically makes OneDrive fairly useless. I am probably going to resort to backing up to a hard drive. At present saving to my computer, and can then copy back onto OneDrive, which works with the same name but can't open a file from OneDrive without it doing this d.docs bit.
GNFB- this has not been solved.
I spent 2 hours on the phone/pc sharing with Microsoft with them trying to figure out what the problem was and see it happening for them to tell me to find a new place to save things on my computer, rather than on OneDrive and to manually back stuff up to onedrive every now and again ðŸ˜.

_ChloeA Hi Chloe, In Australia I think we'd call that a Clayton's solution - the solution you have when you don't have a solution (many moons ago used to be an ad for a drink called Clayton's intended to wean people off excessive alcohol consumption).
That is two hours you'll never get back eh?
